Marcus E Martin, Jr - President and CEO

Marc Martin, Founder and CEO of Myco Portal, started as a small business owner in the residential construction industry. He started with one employee, himself, and peaked at 40 employees. Essentially he went from building homes and communities to managing people and managing projects. He began intensive study into how to better manage, educate and motivate his staff. Life with its twists and turns is full of surprises and more importantly opportunities. Marc realized the struggles he was experiencing were not uncommon. Other companies were encountering similar challenges in managing and motivating their employees. This realization resulted in his founding Myco Portal and its internet based people management software. Our success will be based on our ability to listen to and provide the tools our customers need to work smarter, faster and better maximize their resources by helping improve efficiency and cut operational costs.

Marc has been recognized with numerous awards at both state and local levels, including the Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 in 2009.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Mississippi State University.

Sean Ryan - Chief Operations Officer

Sean Ryan has over thirty years experience in technology and operations management starting as a computer programmer in 1978. As an independent consultant specializing in operational and process management, he has worked with companies from coast to coast. In addition, Sean has held positions within several software development and homebuilding companies.
Sean’s main focus has always been to motivate companies to better direct and grow their businesses by making use of available technology and also helping companies define their processes while taking into account their market, their products and their people. Sean has made it possible for them to save time and money leading to increased productivity and profitability.
As Chief Operating Officer, Sean is responsible for leading the development of Myco Portal and establishing it as the essential people management resource.

Adrian Turcu - Programmer

Adrian possess extensive experience in software analysis and architecture. His background in designing and implementing object oriented applications, developing client server applications and designing and managing relational databases and reporting tools gives him across-the-board understanding of the life cycle of software development projects.
Adrian has successfully designed and developed many different projects for a variety of companies across numerous industries. His pursuit of excellence and experience in project management are valuable assets as Myco Portal continues to develop and enhance its technology products and features.

John Fritts - Programmer

John has over 20 years’ experience in the IT field encompassing software development, PC and network hardware configuration and installation. He has written programs for PC’s using programming languages ranging from COBOL to Visual C#. John has extensive experience developing client-server software and has designed and implemented SQL databases and written programs to make them accessible to users. He has experience in building and managing Local Area Networks (LAN’s) on both Novell Netware and Windows Server.

Heather Masters - Director of IT

Heather Masters has over 10 years experience in IT and Customer Service, specializing in data integration, data management and business reporting solutions. This experience enables her to provide creative solutions to enhance the productivity of a variety of businesses.
Heather is responsible for the technical implementation, development and support of Myco Portal. Her special interest within Myco Portal is to provide an outstanding customer experience to all who visit the website and employ our services.
